Struggling to Find the PERFECT Ergonomic Office Chair – Any Specific Recommendations?

I've been working from home for a year now and my back is screaming. I'm desperately trying to find an ergonomic office chair that truly supports the lower back and has fully adjustable armrests, but every option I look at either has terrible reviews for comfort or is astronomically expensive. Has anyone found a specific model or brand they absolutely swear by that isn't a fortune?

The Branch Ergonomic Chair is frequently recommended for its excellent lumbar support and fully adjustable armrests without being astronomically expensive. Many people also find fantastic value in refurbished Steelcase Leap V2 or Herman Miller Aeron chairs – they are built to last and you can often get them for a fraction of the new price from specialized dealers.

I totally get the struggle! Finding that sweet spot between comfort, features, and price is tough. For excellent lower back support and fully adjustable armrests without an astronomical price tag, many users highly recommend the Autonomous ErgoChair Core or Pro. They consistently get good reviews for their adjustability and comfort for the money. Another solid option that often gets praised for value is the Sihoo M57, which offers a lot of ergonomic features at a more budget-friendly price point. If your budget can stretch a little further, the Secretlab Titan Evo series, while often marketed to gamers, provides fantastic ergonomic support and adjustability for long work hours.
