Liquid or Air: Best cooling solution for an i9-13900K in a tight SFF build?

I'm finally building my dream mini-ITX rig with an i9-13900K, but I'm stressing over the cooling solution. Space is extremely limited, and I absolutely need to keep those notorious 13900K temps under control without major thermal throttling. Any recommendations for an SFF-compatible AIO or a surprisingly effective low-profile air cooler that can handle this beast? I'm open to all suggestions!
